Trumpet of Patriots has announced former NRL player Troy Wozniak as the party’s candidate for the New South Wales seat of Hume in the upcoming Federal Election.
Troy Wozniak brings a wealth of experience from his extensive career in the HVAC and energy sectors. His expertise in senior roles at industry leaders cover project management, sales and the integration of green energy solutions.
Mr Wozniak played professional rugby league for the Balmain Tigers, Parramatta Eels and Wests Tigers as well as Widnes Vikings in the Super League from 1999 to 2004.
The Hume electorate faces significant socioeconomic challenges, including housing affordability, financial hardship and access to essential services. Additionally, issues such as cost of living pressures and inadequate infrastructure in regional towns have been highlighted.
Mr Wozniak’s platform will address concerns by advocating for practical, results-driven leadership for the Trumpet of Patriots party.
“Australia needs common sense solutions.” Mr Wozniak said.
“We need real people, not professional politicians, to deliver real outcomes and restore prosperity. Australians deserve strong leadership that cuts through bureaucracy to bring down the cost of living and to fix housing issues.”
“Trumpet of Patriots supports a loan cap of 3% and fast rail to solve the housing crisis.
“I will work with the Hume electorate to make Australia great again. ” Mr Wozniak said.
Trumpet of Patriots is fielding candidates in all upper and lower house seats in the 2025 Federal Election.
